Engineer Supervisor – Coal Trading Company

1. Conduct Due Diligence Work on mines that are potential coal supplies by providing a complete analysis along with recommendations both from a technical and compliance perspective.

2. Conduct complete and periodic monitoring of coal mines that are sources of coal supply, and determine the scale and perimeter that can be used as a measure in assessing the feasibility of production.

3. Provide periodic monitoring reports on coal mines or suppliers related to coal production to Management.

4. Create and develop strategies, especially technical ones, in reducing operational risks related to supporting the continuity of coal supply.

5. Assist in handling technical problems that may occur in the coal supply chain process.

6. Negotiate with recommended mines both technically and non-technically.

1. Have a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.

2. Have experience working for IUP owners and contractors.

3. Have expertise in project management & strategy.

4. Minimum 5 years working experience as an Engineer.

5. Have certification of First Operational Supervisor (POP) and Middle Operational Supervisor (POM) and CPI - Competent Person Indonesia.

6. Have proven experience in data management, data analysis.

7. Have proficiency in data visualization tools and technologies.

8. Have proficiency in negotiation.

9. Experience working in a mining company before, handling business processes and operations.

10. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
