Legal Manager –Trading Commodity Company

1. Provide legal guidance and support to management and various departments within the organization.

2. Advise on legal matters related to corporate governance, compliance, contracts with third parties especially Vendors and Customers, employment law, Mergers & Acquisitions in general as well as mining law.

3. Draft, review, negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements and other legal documents.

4. Develop and implement compliance and risk assessment programs to identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to address them.

5. Keep abreast of relevant legal and regulatory changes to ensure the organization remains compliant with established regulations, procedures and any standards.

6. Assist with corporate governance issues, filing of corporate documents, and adherence to Corporate governance best practices.

7. Assess potential litigation risks, oversee and manage litigation matters, and develop legal strategies.

8. Collaborate with other departments to address legal issues and support business initiatives. 

9. Serve as a liaison between the legal department and other areas of the organization.

10. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and interactions with external parties.

11. Administer the deed of amendment, establishment and GMS of the company.

12. Take care of all licenses required by the Company.

13. Establish relationships and coordinate with external parties such as law offices, notaries, regulators, or government agencies.

1.Education at least S1 Law Science

2.Have Mining Legal Consultant certification

3.Minimum 5 years experience as a legal in the mining sector

4.Having KTPA will be an added value
