Whistle Blowing System

In order to strengthen the implementation of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), improve compliance with company policies and regulations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, the VIN Group Management has established the implementation of a Whistleblowing System (WBS) in all companies within the VIN Group.

The Whistleblowing System is a mechanism provided by the VIN Group to receive, process, and follow up on reports regarding alleged violations that occur within the VIN Group professionally, objectively, and confidentially.

The Whistleblowing System can be used to report alleged violations which include, but are not limited to:

1. Fraud;
2. Corruption, bribery, or gratuities that can harm the company;
3. Abuse of authority;
4. Conflict of interest;
5. Violation of company regulations and policies;
6. Violation of applicable laws or regulations;
7. Misuse of company assets; and
8. Violation of ethics, integrity, and corporate values.

All VIN Group employees, VIN Group affiliated companies, and VIN Group Management who know of or find any alleged violations within the VIN Group can submit a report accompanied by clear information, chronology of events, and relevant supporting evidence through the following reporting channels:

Each report received will be handled in accordance with applicable provisions and the identity of the reporter will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by applicable regulations.
